Trouble is @Darcy is when I think I have done well for the day my sugar results are high
And then we went to my cousin party and my results was low
A bit confusing but the doctor said there are other things that I have to remember like lack of sleep, how much exercise I did on that day , am I getting sick , drinking enough ect

Sounds like you have picked up the monitoring side of your BSLs @Shaz51.
Was thinking in one way diabetes parallels BPii in that it is BSLs that need keeping steady rather than moods. Likewise a combination of meds and lifestyle changes keep things in check.
